Premier Championship Wrestling presented their first Fans Bring the Weapons match in over a year this past thursday night at the LID Nightclub!
PCW Canadian Championship
Antonio Scorpio Jr vs 'Diehard' Greg Romijn
Following the introductions, Romijn took the mic and declined the title shot saying he was only at the LID to confront Pete Chee about his recent attitude and behaviour. He claimed he simply was in no mood to fight, something he has demonstrated in the past few weeks.
Scorpio was unsympathetic and attacked Romijn to start the match. Strangely, Romijn would not even fight back, absorbing a huge amount of punishment early on. He tried to defend himself somewhat, but was easily defeated by the champ.
Winner: Antonio Scorpio Jr
Post match, Romijn reiterated he did not want to fight and left the ring in search of Pete Chee.
Scorpio took the mic and was furious as he claimed he was sick of being passed over in PCW. He reminded everyone he was the PCW Canadian Champion and suggested he might have to simply retire since there was clearly no competition.
That brought Premier Cup participant Cisco Satanico to the ring to a huge ovation. Cisco expressed surprise at Scorpio's comment's and vowed to give him all the competition he needed! The two men began fighting and senior official Chris Marxwell called for the bell, apparently assuming Scorpio's challenge stood!
Cisco was all over the champ, hitting him with a serious of breath-taking offensive moves. But Scorpio pounded his smaller opponant into the ring and took control. After several counters, Cisco executed a roll-up and pinned Scorpio!!!
Ring announcer Shallcross announced a new champion, but the stunned Scorpio grabbed the belt and refused to accept it, saying it was not an official match!
Marxwell held up Cisco's hand, declaring him the winner.
More on this next week.
'Showtime' Robby Royce hit the ring for a promo. He asked if the crowd had several drinks in front of them because he had a lot to say. He was immediately cut off by his match opponant Rawskillz, who entered the ring with his tag team championship partner, 'Vicious' Donny Dicaprio!
Skillz told Royce to shut up. He went on to say he was not out there for the people or for the boys, he was there to kick Royce's ass. Royce responded by offering a suggestion - he urged Skillz not to show up for the match since it wasn't really his strong suit. He then turned to Dicaprio and demanded to know where he stood in everything. Dicaprio shrugged.
Royce told Skillz that every success he has had in the business from the CWF to TRCW to PCW was because of him leading Rawskillz. Then he hit him. Skillz reversed and Royce slid to the floor with a smirk.
Barely Legal vs 'Enforcer' JP Kaos & Kory Kinkade
The undisputed number one contender's, Darien Karisma & Chris Klassic hit the ring to a loud ovation. Before the match could begin, however, they were interrupted by Pete Chee & Moses Luke.
Luke was outraged that Barely Legal were the number one contender's and demanded they prove it. Mo challenged the winning team to face them after the match to see who the real number one contender's were.
Kaos & Kinkade took the early advantage, working over Klassic for several minutes and looking great as a team. But Barely Legal fought back and secured the victory.
Winners: Barely Legal
Before they even had a chance to rest, Moses and Chee attacked to start the second match. The fresher team looked like sure winners until Greg Romijn walked to ringside pleading with Chee to talk to him.
Moses clearly did not want that to happen and attacked Romijn at ringside. Chee appeared somewhat distracted, allowing Barely Legal to score the pinfall.
Winners: Barely Legal
As they celebrated, Karisma & Klassic were attacked by two large men from the audience. They hit stereo powerbombs and grabbed the mic. Identifying themselves as the Big Sexy Beasts, they said they came to PCW because that was where the competition was and they were sickened to see Barely Legal were the number one contender's. They said they could dominate PCW like they dominated every other promotion they ever worked for.
Several officials, Shallcross and security escorted them from the building.
PCW Heavyweight Championship
Mentallo vs 'Vicious' Donny Dicaprio
Dicaprio received a mixed reaction as he headed to the ring. These two engaged in some tremendous mat wrestling early on, garnering an appreciative response from the crowd.
While the tag team champion came close to victory, he was unable to defeat the champ as Mentallo scored the pinfall!
Winner: Mentallo
Following intermission, Shallcross explained that the Big Sexy Beasts would be brought back to the ring to 'put their money where their mouths are' and prove they deserve to be in PCW.
Evidently, they brought their own opponants.
Big Sexy Beasts vs Gibby Guerrero & Johnny Haze
The crowd was unfamilear with Haze & Guerrero, but soon became supporters as Guerrero impressed with several high flying moves. The BSB's were nearly boo'ed out of the building.
However, they were impressive, hitting several fantastic looking moves. Finally, Haze tagged in and took control, but Aj Sanchez & Kevy Chevy were ultimately successful.
Winners: Big Sexy Beasts
Following the match, Barely Legal hit the ring and began trading punches with Sanchez & Chevy. The BSB's reversed a double Irish Whips, but Karisma & Klassic ducked under and hit a super kick and RKO, sending the BSB's scrambling from the ring.
Karisma announced that it was official - they would be receiving their title shot next week. He went on to say as a kid he only ever wanted to be a wrestler and now that they were, it would be a dream come true to become tag team champions next week at the LID!
Vinko's Sex Disco
The Ukrainian Sex Machine Vinko strutted to the ring. He said he had two very special guests, Kaos & Kinkade!
When they were finally in the ring, Vinko told them they were losers. He reminded them how they attacked him two weeks previously and tried to put them out of wrestling, but they had 'sh!t the bed' and failed because...they were 'losers'.
Kaos & Kinkade tried to attack him again, but 'Adorable' David Dixon hit the ring, swinging double dildo's. He grabbed the mic and seemed rather irate, claiming this was 'bullsh!t'. He said every week 'its bullsh!t'. And he said it was Vinko's fault!! And then dropped him with a right hand.
The crowd was stunned as Dixon battered Vinko. He took the mic again and asked if the fans wanted him to stick his 'd**k in his mouth?' because it wasnt going to happen. Dixon said he was getting married in a few months and yet he has to come out and act like a 'flaming f*g' every week. He said no more.
He revealed that he was a professional, a graduate of law enforcement academy and it was embarrassing what he had to do each week. He mentioned the famous 'Gay Date' with Romijn and claimed it made him sick. He vowed to start laying down some laws in PCW!
Fans Bring The Weapons
Rawskillz vs 'Showtime' Robby Royce
The fans began banging their assorted weapons in anticipation of this match! Skillz received a very positive ovation. Royce did not.
The match was a brawl from the beginning as an assortment of weaponry was utilized from cookie sheets to hockey sticks to pieces of dry wall.
At one point, Skillz appeared to be in total control after laying Royce out. But rather then go for the pin, he became distracted by a pornographic magazine that was thrown into the ring. He began reading it and flipping through the pages, allowing Royce to stage a comeback. But he seemed repulsed by the nude women in the magazine and Skillz took control again.
A guitar was thrown into the ring and both men attempted to use it several times. Finally Skillz smashed it over Royce's head but could not keep him down for the count.
Skillz grabbed an old Nintendo Entertainment System, and like all of us back in the day, had to blow it out to ensure it worked, before smashing it across Royce.
Outside the ring, both men fought all over the building. Skillz tossed Royce off the stage to the floor and then climbed a railing and hit a stunning flying body press!
A large table was introduced to the match and Royce was layed out with a steel chair across his chest. Skillz hit a senton bomb from the top turnbuckle, but the table did not break. He went for it again, but Royce moved and still, the table did not break.
Royce slid it to the floor and set it up again. But the time it took, gave Skillz the opportunity to recover. He climbed the top turnbuckle again and flew at Royce on the table to the floor and finally, it broke.
Back in the ring and both men traded the advantage until JP Kaos hit the ring. Skillz saw him and took him down, executing his patented spinning toe hold to a huge ovation. Kinkade snuck in from behind but was nailed by Skillz and given the spinning toe hold as well.
As Royce went on the offensive, Skillz rolled him up in a small package, but Kaosshoved Royce over onto Skillz and held his feet, giving Royce the three count.
Winner: Robby Royce
After the match, Rawskillz was enraged. He grabbed senior offical Christopher Marxwell and, with the fans aproval, delivered a brainbuster. He pulled him up and gave him another. And then set him up for the lariet.
Marxwell was dragged to the floor unconscious.
Rawskillz tried to leave but was ambushed by Kaos and Kinkade and Royce. PCW Heavyweight Champion Mentallo made the save and the two men shook hands...before Skillz nailed Mentallo from behind and gave him a brainbuster as well! Before he could apply any more punishment, Cisco hit the ring with a bat and Skillz exclaimed that he 'wanted no trouble'.
Skillz left the ring to a mixed reaction as the fans did not know what to think...
