Don’t be shocked to see Sean Waltman and/or Billy Gunn popping up at the Against All Odds PPV tonight. Both are expected to start at any point now with the company, so this would be a logical point for them to jump into the storylines. Gunn would likely have to use a new name. He was referred to as "Kip Sopp" on TNAWrestling.com when he visited backstage at a recent Impact! taping, so that might be his new ring name.
***that is the worst idea for a name ever. What happened to the idea that workers should have gimmicks, rather then just using their shoot names? Kip Sopp? Brutal.

thats terrible, at least go with something that fans can relate him to...maybe Billy Ass or some kinda initial name like BA, or BG...hell even Billy Attitude something other than his shoot name , cause it doesnt have any marketing ring to it at all.

Yeah, both showed up unfortunally. Tenay wouldn't shut up about the DX angle when Gunn, Waltman and BG ran interference.

Well despite a sad main event , I thought the ppv wasnt all bad. The iron man between Styles and Daniels was awesome! Too bad they didnt put the belt on Daniels tho. AMW - Kash/ Hoyet was good as well. Skipper and Willaims made a great opener.
seems to me that this ppv at least had some kind of support and wasnt a one match wonder like most of the recent WWE ppv's.
I do notice that all the "big names" that TNA are using, DDP, Nash, Dustin, Hall...etc, are not producing. I enjoy watching the X division guys a hell of a lot better than seeing these guys just walk through a match using their "name " to hopefully carry them.

One of the dirt sheets is reporting that Gunn might use the name 'New Age Outlaw' because WWE let the TM expire. I dont think WWE would have a hard time proving they fully intend to continue marketing the name, so I don't know...
